These terms apply when you play GamesAura Ludo, made by CricAura, at ludo.cricaura.xyz or in the Android app. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
GamesAura Ludo is free to play, for fun. There is no real-money play, betting or prizes, and there are no purchases.
Your account
Signing in is optional. If you sign in, keep access to your email address, since that is how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete account.
Playing fairly and kindly
In rooms with other people, including voice chat, please don't:
- use offensive, hateful or impersonating player names;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players;
- cheat, or try to interfere with the game, its servers or other players' connections.
A room's host can remove players from that room. We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
Availability
We work to keep the game running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. A match can be lost if a connection drops or the server restarts. We may change or remove features at any time.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, CricAura is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the game.
Content
The GamesAura Ludo name, artwork and code belong to CricAura. Ludo itself is a traditional board game that nobody owns.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Playing after that means you accept the new terms.
