Privacy Policy

This policy covers GamesAura Ludo, the website at ludo.cricaura.xyz and the Android app, made by CricAura. In short: you can play without an account, we collect very little, we don't show ads, and we don't sell or share your data for advertising.
Playing as a guest
You don't need an account to play. As a guest, your player name, avatar, settings, token and color choices, board theme and stats are saved only on your device (in the browser's storage, or in the app's storage on Android). They never reach our servers except as described under "Online rooms" below, and you can remove them by clearing the site's data or uninstalling the app.
If you sign in
Signing in is optional and only adds a match history that follows you between devices. When you sign in we keep:
- Your email address, to send you a one-time sign-in code and to identify your account.
- An account profile: a username and display name created when you first sign in.
- Your match history: for each finished match, the game mode, whether teams were on, the number of players, your finishing place, the date, and the names other players used in that match.
Sign-in and this data are handled by Supabase, which stores it for us and sends the sign-in emails. We keep it until you delete your account.
Online rooms
When you play in a Friends room, our game server receives what the other players need to see: your player name, avatar, color and token choices, and your moves. A room exists only in the server's memory while it is in use and is not saved after it closes.
Voice chat
Voice chat uses your microphone only after you turn it on in a room, and you can turn it off at any time. Your voice goes directly to the other players in the room, or through our relay server when a direct connection isn't possible. It is encrypted in transit, and it is never recorded or stored.
Server logs
Like most websites, our server keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) to keep the service running and secure. They are deleted automatically after about two weeks.
What we don't do
- No advertising and no ad tracking.
- No analytics or tracking services.
- No in-app purchases or payment details.
- We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for their own use. We only share it with the services above that run the game for us, or when the law requires it.
Where your data is kept
Our game server runs on Oracle Cloud, and account data is stored by Supabase. Both may store data outside your country. All connections to our servers are encrypted with HTTPS.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account at any time from inside the game, and that deletes your email, profile and match history straight away. You can also ask us by email. See how to delete your account.
Children
Anyone can play as a guest without giving us any personal information. Signing in requires an email address, and is not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has signed in, email us and we will delete the account.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
