Delete your GamesAura Ludo account
You only have an account if you signed in with your email. Guests have no account and nothing stored on our servers; their name, settings and stats live only on their own device.
Delete it in the game
- Open GamesAura Ludo, in the Android app or at ludo.cricaura.xyz.
- Tap Profile in the bar at the bottom of the Home screen.
- Under Account, make sure you're signed in with the email you want to delete.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete account again to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away, and that device goes back to playing as a guest.
Or ask us by email
If you can't sign in any more, or uninstalled the app, email cricauraapp@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my GamesAura Ludo account". We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your email address and sign-in
- Your account profile (username and display name)
- Your whole match history
Nothing is kept afterwards, and deletion can't be undone.
What isn't affected
- The player name, settings and stats saved on your device. Clear the site's data or uninstall the app to remove them.
- Other players' match histories, which may still show the name you used in a match with them.
